Why I Joined the Diversity Board: “I am a true believer that the workplace should look like a microcosm of the communities we serve, I also believe that Diversity and Inclusion will help gain a better understanding of our employees and customers. PulteGroup’s guiding principles like—Do the right thing, Compassion for our customers, Taking care of our employees—go hand in hand with Diversity and inclusion. I would like to see us put a huge focus on recruiting minority talents, be involved in community outreach programs in our divisions, and create mentorship programs for minority youths.”
