Team:

At PulteGroup, stories of career growth and achievements are everywhere, and it is important that we highlight inspiring individuals who can offer wisdom and insight into achieving success. Today I’m pleased to share the first of these stories, as we introduce you to some of PulteGroup’s top women leaders over the coming months.

Being female in a traditionally male-dominated industry like homebuilding can present its own challenges, but these women have successfully navigated their careers over potentially rocky terrain, and have risen to be recognized leaders inside our organization. Our goal in producing this video series is to let everyone see and hear what they have to say as they share their own stories of career success, and the advice they’d give anyone aspiring to build a career at PulteGroup.

In the fist video, we sit down with Rebecca Lundberg, newly named Arizona Division president! While Rebecca never planned to work for a homebuilder, she was recruited right out of college to join PulteGroup as a sales consultant. She got her real estate license, leapt right in, and hasn’t looked back since. She provides some valuable- and maybe counterintuitive- advice about how to climb the corporate ladder. Hint: it’s not always moving up.

No matter your role with the Company, I am confident that you will take away something from Rebecca’s insights and career journey.

Thank you to all of the great leaders in our organization, from all walks of life and backgrounds, for helping to make this company a great place to work. The more diversity we have, in all of its forms, the stronger we are as a team and as a business.

I appreciate you taking the time to watch and let me know what you think in the comments section below the video. Keep an eye on your inbox for our next featured video with another dynamic woman in leadership.
