Why I Joined the Diversity Board: “There was a sparkle of great joy, pride, achievement, passion and values that drew me to Pulte when I joined many years ago, and it is something that continues to bring me to want to participate and contribute and give back more as each day goes by. Understanding of our internal workings and behavior. Many times, decisions are made, but the why of a circumstance is not fully explained. Additionally, this is an opportunity to be part of a process of either enlightening someone of an event or simply being exposed to the life experiences of other team members within this great organization.”
