Why I Joined the Diversity Board: “I was inspired to apply by the words from Mr. Marshall’s podcast. To have a person of non-color take the time to learn, understand and communicate the unspoken struggles of systemic racism, made me want to be a part of this positive change. I hope to achieve change, to where qualified individuals will have a fair opportunity to advance and grow, hopefully reshaping the company’s management demographic to more reflect the communities we serve.”
