Why I Joined the Diversity Board: “Diversity, in my opinion, is bringing the best out of everyone; whether it is a Pulte employee, trade partner or customer, to achieve a common goal, no matter what race, gender, age or social status you are. Being able to be part of the Board that will navigate through some of these issues to create a more unified front will only enhance our culture and hopefully allow us to be leaders to other companies.”
