Why I Joined the Diversity Board: “With Pulte creating the Diversity & Inclusion Board, it brings awareness to improvements that are needed within the company. I applied because I want to be involved in the process of positively changing the organization. In joining the Board, I plan to bring ideas and actionable items that will uphold the board’s initiatives.
As the Board develops, I want my fellow African American and minority coworkers to understand that our opinions and concerns are valued. I would also love to see an increase in diversity in our workforce on all levels of the organization through initiatives set by the Board.”
