Why I Joined the Diversity Board: “My reasoning for applying for the board was based off a couple of things one being showing my two young daughters that even if they are just one person, that when a group of like-minded people with passion for a cause, that they can champion for change. And the other being a quote form Dave Chappelle who does a better job of putting it into words than I could. Basically you don’t have to compromise who you are to be compassionate.
