Since posting our first sustainability report almost a decade ago, PulteGroup has worked to improve reporting on the Company’s ESG-related practices. As part of our ongoing work, we are pleased to provide our EEO-1 data for 2021.

Whether in person or virtual, PulteGroup’s onboarding and training programs are acknowledged as being best in class.  Our comprehensive onboarding program with specialized training for critical sales, construction and mortgage disciplines is enhanced by a mentoring program that sets up people for success.  To ensure we are maintaining a diverse team of talented individuals, we continue to evolve our recruiting practices to effectively communicate the tremendous opportunities for professional and personal success PulteGroup has to offer for all employees.

The success of our efforts can be seen in the diversity we have already achieved throughout our organization:  from our Board of Directors, which is almost 40% people of color or women, to our broader organization, which is 42% female and 19% people of color.  From guidelines on selecting diverse candidates for our Board, to enhancing our college recruiting programs to achieve greater diversity, to refining our onboarding and training programs to support long-term success, we are working to increase diversity throughout all levels of our organization.
