Why I Joined the Diversity Board: “Diversity and Inclusion is important to me because in the same way we want our customers to feel like they are part of a community family, it is important for our Black employees to feel like they are a part of the Pulte community and family. The direct result of diversity and inclusion in the workplace is all employees feeling seen, valued, and heard. A diverse and inclusive workforce helps businesses avoid employee turnover costs. Diversity also fosters a more creative and innovative workforce. What better way to change a house than to make it feel like home.
